Bill Mulholland — Founder & CEO, Agoyu

Bill Mulholland is a seasoned entrepreneur and relocation industry pioneer with over 25 years of experience driving innovation in how people and businesses manage moves and global mobility. He is the founder and CEO of Agoyu, an AI-powered moving marketplace that delivers instant, accurate, not-to-exceed moving quotes by harnessing computer vision and artificial intelligence to analyze household inventories. Agoyu’s technology empowers consumers with transparent, competitive pricing and vetted mover options—solving long-standing challenges around hidden fees and inefficient quoting in the moving industry.

Before launching Agoyu, Bill founded American Relocation Connections (ARC Relocation) in 2004, a full-service global relocation management firm that serves Fortune 500 corporations, U.S. government agencies, and military organizations. Under his leadership, ARC became a trusted partner for comprehensive domestic and international relocation solutions, known for its independent vendor selection, customer-centric focus, and innovative use of technology.

Bill’s career began in employee relocation after graduating from George Mason University with a BA in Psychology and earning industry credentials including SCRP (Senior Certified Relocation Professional) and GMS (Global Mobility Specialist). He went from industry practitioner to leader by identifying gaps in traditional relocation and moving services and building companies that address those gaps with technology, transparency, and service excellence at their core.

He also owns a real estate brokerage and a title closing and escrow company, extending his impact across real estate and mobility solutions. Bill is a proud member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and has held leadership roles within relocation industry councils, contributing to best practices and professional standards.

A compelling storyteller and problem-solver, Bill’s vision for Agoyu stems from decades of confronting the opaque, slow, and costly processes in moving and relocation—transforming them with machine learning, AI, and marketplace dynamics to create more transparent, fair, and user-friendly experiences for people on the move.
